The origins of Barrie House trace back to Clay Avenue – a historic neighbourhood in the Bronx where a diverse population settled in the early 1900’s. It was there in NYC that we developed our first perfectly roasted blend. Our Clay Avenue blend is a premium take on one of our classic blends. We tasked our roast masters to use our popular Donut Shop blend, and develop a more refined, even better tasting Fair Trade Organic blend. That is our new Signature blend. That is Clay Avenue.
